Two brothers with DIDMOAD syndrome are reported. The older brother has diabetes mellitus (type I), diabetes insipidus, optic atrophy, deafness and atonia of the urinary tract with severe symptoms such as diabetic ketoacidosis and frequent urinary tract infections.
